Email Notification Settings - Overview

The Email Notification Settings page gives you the option to determine how, or if, you receive email notifications from PPM. Making changes to the email notification settings does not impact notifications in the Notifications application.
The Email Notification Settings page includes these options:
- Formatting / Frequency OptionsUse these options to configure how you will receive notifications in email.
Note: To turn off email notifications entirely, clear all options in the Send Email For section.
- Suspend Email Until—To temporarily suspend all email notifications, type or select a date.
- Digest Frequency—To receive email notifications in digest format, select Daily or Weekly. By default digest format is set to Off (email notifications are sent as individual messages).
- Email Format—To receive email notifications as plain text, select Text. By default notifications are sent as HTML.
- Group Digest By—To group digest notifications by workspace (all notifications related to a particular workspace are included in the digest message), select Workspace. To group digest notifications by application (all notifications related to a particular application are included in the digest message), select Application.
- Send Email For
Use these options to select those applications for which you want to receive email notifications. To turn off email notifications entirely, clear all options in this section.
- System—Select the system applications for which you want to receive notifications in email.
- Applications—Select those applications for which you want to receive notifications in email.
- Dynamic Applications—Select those dynamic applications for which you want to receive notifications in email.
