The Update Status window shows the most current values in the Workspace Status fields and gives you a way to update the fields on the right side. The fields on the left side are calculated (derived) fields and are recalculated after you update the status.
Note: The Planned Labor Cost and Planned Labor Revenue fields are calculated whenever the task schedule is updated or billing rates are changed. The Update Status window will always display the results of the last completed calculation. If a change causes a recalculation, the results will not be reflected in the Update Status window until the calculations are complete.
