Deleting Custom Workspace Fields

Administrators can delete custom fields that are no longer needed.

Important: When you delete a custom field, any data associated with that field is also deleted and cannot be recovered.

TO delete A Workspace CUSTOM FIELD:

  1. On the Administration Home page, under Workspace Types, click Workspace Fields. A list of the current native and custom workspace fields displays.
  2. Next to the name of the custom field you want to delete, click the Actions Icon and click Delete Field. A confirmation message displays.
  3. Click Yes to delete the field and associated data, or No to cancel the deletion.
