Administrators can delete custom fields that are no longer
needed.
Important: When you delete a custom
field, any data associated with that field is also deleted and cannot
be recovered.
TO delete A Workspace CUSTOM FIELD:
- On the Administration Home
page, under Workspace Types, click Workspace Fields.
A list of the current native and custom workspace fields displays.
- Next to the name of the
custom field you want to delete, click the Actions Icon
and click Delete Field. A confirmation message displays.
- Click Yes
to delete the field and associated data, or No
to cancel the deletion.
