Deleting a Portfolio Tab

Administrators with the Portfolio Tabs permission can delete portfolio tabs.

When you delete a portfolio tab, the tab will disappear for all PPM users in your enterprise. You cannot undo the deletion of a portfolio tab, but deleting the tab does not delete the data displayed in the tab.

To delete a portfolio tab:

  1. On the Administration Home page, under Portfolio Tabs, click Portfolio Tab List.
    The portfolio tabs List View displays.
  2. Click the name(s) of the portfolio tab(s) you want to delete.
    To select more than one portfolio tab, Ctrl-click.
  3. Click Remove in the toolbar.
    A confirmation message displays.
  4. Click Yesto delete the portfolio.
