If your PPM administrator has enabled challenge questions for your enterprise and you have answered security questions, you can reset your password from the PPM Login page.
To reset your password, on the login page, click Forgot your password? to open the Password Help page.
On the Password Help page, click Let me create a new password. Note: This option is active but will not work if your enterprise does not have challenge questions enabled.
You are prompted to answer a predefined number of questions (1, 2 or 3 - this is determined by your administrator). Answers are not case-sensitive.
