Utilization details are determined based on how many hours each day a team member can work, taking into account their workweek calendar and any non-working time, and how many hours they are assigned to tasks during the same time.
Example: If a team member can work 5 hours on a particular day and is assigned to 4 hours of task work, they are 80% utilized. If a team member can work 5 hours on a particular day and is assigned to 6 hours of task work, they are 120% utilized (over-utilized).
