The workspace Calendar application is a collection of views and actions that give project managers and team members the ability to schedule appointments and view tasks, appointments and nonworking time.
The Calendar application includes three views: Month View, Day View and List View which are available from the Workspace Menu.
Actions for the Calendar application include the option to create an appointment. The views and options you see depend on your permissions and your workspace role.
To open the workspace-level Calendar application, click the Projects tab, click the workspace name, and then click Calendar in the Workspace Menu.
