Dynamic Applications in Workspaces
|
A dynamic application appears on the Workspace Menu. The options you see depend on your permissions in the application, whether or not any custom views have been created, and if your current view is a custom view.
- <Item> List—The <Item> List option (Discrepancy List in the above example) is the default option for all dynamic applications in workspaces. For more information, see Using the Item List.
- Folder View—The Folder View displays application items in their folder structure, and gives you the option to create subfolders in which to store those items. For more information, see Folders - Overview.
- <Custom Views>—You can create custom application views by clicking Add Custom View. Any custom views available to you are listed after the Folder View option. Note: You may be able to use custom views created by users other than yourself. See Managing Dynamic Application Custom Views in Workspaces for details.
