The Item Details window opens when you click on an application item in Changepoint PPM.
This window gives you information such as item details, history, and other information specific to the particular type of item. Tabs across the top of the window make it easy for you to view different types of information for the item, and a special Actions tab gives you the option to perform actions on the particular item.
Important: You must configure your browser to allow pop-up windows for your Changepoint PPM web site. Changepoint PPM uses pop-up windows to display Item Details. If your browser does not allow pop-up windows for the Changepoint PPM web site, you will not be able to access all features of PPM.
