Deleting Items in the Item List

With the appropriate permissions, team members can delete dynamic application items from the Item List. By default the ability to delete items is limited, for team members, to items you created. Project managers can delete all items, by default.

Note: There is a limit to the number of items you can select at one time.For more information, see About the Item List Selection Maximum.

To delete dynamic application items in an Item List view:

Navigate to the workspace that includes the application from which you are deleting the item(s).
On the Workspace Menu, click <application name> and <item name> List.
Do one of the following:
Select one or more items and click the Delete icon or press the Delete key
or
With your mouse over the item you want to delete, right-click to open the context-sensitive actions menu, then click Delete <item name>.

A message displays, confirming that the item(s) were moved to the PPM Recycle Bin.
You can permanently delete the items from the Recycle Bin, or restore them to the application.

Note: If you attempt to delete items for which you do not have permission, a message displays, informing you that you cannot delete the item(s).
