Your ability to reorder a queued view depends on how the view was created. If the view was created by an administrator, your ability to reorder it also depends on whether or not you were given the ability to change the queue order.
Note: When a queued view is first created, the items are displayed based on the . After you reorder the view, the items are ranked and you can no longer sort them.
You can reorder the view if:
- You created the view
or
- The view was created by an administrator and you were given the ability to reorder it.
You cannot reorder the view if:
- The view was created by an administrator and you were not given the ability to reorder it.
The Rank column displays as read-only:
Reordering a Queue View
- To reorder a queue view, change the rank number of a workspace or drag and drop the workspace to a new location in the queue.
Tip:
- Quickly move a workspace to the top of a queue by giving it a rank of "1".
- Quickly move a workspace to the bottom of a queue by giving it a high rank (a number higher than the total number of workspaces in your queue).
