Switching Between Multiple Enterprises

If you are a member of more than one enterprise, you can switch between installations without closing your browser window.

To switch between enterprises:

1. Click the User Icon at the top of the PPM window and click Switch Enterprises.
   Note: This option only appears if you are a member of multiple enterprises.
   
2. Select an enterprise from the Enterprise list and enter your password.
   Note: You will not be able to switch enterprises if you are using SAML SSO authentication and the enterprises where you are a member do not have the same primary IdP.
3. If neccessary, click Set as default enterprise.
   Note: Your default enterprise is the enterprise you log into when you first log into PPM. You cannot set an enterprise of which you are an external member as default .
4. Click Switch Enterprise.
   The Start page for the enterprise you selected displays. If you select an enterprise for which you are an external resource, a message displays informing you that you do not have permission to log on.
5. To return to the dashboard for your current enterprise, click Return to Dashboard.
