As an executive, you are responsible for deciding which workspaces are worth pursuing, but you do not want or need to spend a lot of time finding the information you need to support your decisions. You need a high-level view of the status of each workspace, and general information about why they are succeeding or failing. You may need to request a status update from a project manager, or more detailed information about specific issues.
To provide you with this information Changepoint PPM was designed with an Executive dashboard application that gives you both the high-level views you need, and the ability to drill down to specific workspaces and issues for more information. You can request a status update from a project manager about a particular workspace, and update aspects of the workspace yourself.
The Executive dashboard, accessible from the Executive tab, is available by default to enterprise users who have an enterprise role of Executive. This role provides executives with the ability to view information about all workspaces, even those they are not explicitly members of.
