This step only occurs on synchronizations following the initial synchronization.
Each time you synchronize, ProjectTransit determines which PPM tasks have changed since the previous synchronization and displays them. You have the option to update these tasks in Project. By default the PPM tasks are selected and will update the matching tasks in Project. Be aware that:
By default, all tasks with updates are selected and changed data will be copied from PPM to Microsoft Project. Select or unselect tasks depending on what data you want to update, and where:
When you are finished, click Next to continue your synchronization.
This screen lists all the tasks in your PPM workspace that have been updated since the last synchronization.
What you can do:
You can choose which tasks you want to update in Microsoft Project by selecting those tasks (this is the default).
When you are finished, click the Next button to continue your synchronization.
This screen does not list any tasks from your Microsoft Project file. All changed tasks in Project will be automatically updated in your PPM workspace project schedule. You do not have any option to change this.
