A Changepoint PPM guest usually has specific needs and has access to a subset of the features and applications of other users. A workspace guest may have tasks or issues they need to respond to, and frequently all their work is done from the Dashboard, where they can click on specific items to open the Item Details window and update or comment on the item.
The specific application tabs a guest sees is determined by their role and the permissions they were given by the administrator.
