As a workspace or team member, you need access to the tasks and issues assigned to you. Your job consists of completing those tasks and resolving those issues. PPM puts your tasks, issues, and other related items within easy reach by giving you access to them from your Dashboard and from the tabs for global applications.
The application tabs you see are configured by your administrator and depend on your specific role in your workspace. Most of the work you do in PPM can be done using the tabs and your Dashboard. To open an item (for example, a task, issue, or appointment), click the item name on your Dashboard, or open the associated application by clicking the related tab. When you click an item, the item details window opens and from there you can read, edit, and update the item.
