Viewing Timesheets for Your Workspace Members

 

Project managers can use the Timesheets application to view the timesheets for members of their workspace(s).

If you manage multiple workspaces and those workspaces shared team members, you will see multiple timesheet listings for those members.

To view Timesheets for your workspace members:

  1. Open the Timesheets application.
    By default your current timesheet displays so you can update the time you worked. You can change the default Timesheets view. For more information, see Changing the Default Timesheets View.
  2. Click More Views on the tab toolbar, then Timesheets By Workspace. (This option is available only if you have the workspace-level View Timesheets permission, given by default to users with the workspace-level role of manager.)

    The timesheets for the members of all your workspaces display.
    Note: The display is determined by the Quick Filter settings. Any changes you make to the filters remain in effect until you change the filters again.
  3. Use the Quick Filter to limit the display:
  1. Use the Actions icon to take action on a timesheet. For more information, see Managing Timesheets as a Project Manager.
    Note: The actions available to you depend on your role and permissions.
  1. To open the details of a timesheet, click the time period of a timesheet.
    The timesheet details open in a new window.
  2. If the timesheet is open, declined, or overdue, the details open in edit view so you can update the entries.
  3. If the timesheet is pending your approval, the details open in edit view so you can update the entries.
