Managing Portfolio Tabs

PPM administrators with the enterprise-level Portfolio Tabs permission (by default given to users with the enterprise-level role of Administrator) can manage (create, edit and delete) portfolio tabs. Portfolio tabs are custom global tabs defined to display specific types of workspaces. See Portfolio Tabs in PPM for more information.

To manage portfolio tabs:

  1. In the Administrative Zone, under Portfolio Tabs, click Portfolio Tab List. Any existing portfolio tabs defined for your enterprise display in the Portfolio Tab List View. Unless your enterprise was created with some portfolio tabs, the list is empty the first time you open the page.
  2. From the Portfolio Tabs List View you can:
  3. Add a portfolio tab—Add a portfolio tab by double-clicking in the first empty Name field.
    The first time you open the portfolio tab List View, This is the most likely option you need.

  4. Edit a portfolio tab—Edit an existing portfolio tab to change its Name, add or update its Description, or change the associated Workspace Types.

  5. Delete a portfolio tab—Delete a portfolio tab by selecting the tab row and clicking Remove.
