Accepting an Appointment Request

 

When a team member creates an appointment in the Calendar, they can invite other attendees and specify if attendees must respond to the appointment request. If you are invited to attend an appointment and a response is required, you can accept or decline the request from the Appointment Details screen.

Appointments are marked with different icons, depending on whether or not a response is required, and whether or not you have responded:

TO accept AN APPOINTMENT request:

  1. Open the global Calendar or the workspace Calendar.
  2. Click the appointment you want to accept.
    The Appointment Details window opens.
  3. Select the Notify Meeting Organizer check box.
  4. Click Accept to accept the appointment request.
  5. Click Close.
